• Account Information: Email address and display name when you create an account via Google or email authentication.
• Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, and interactions with case content and AI mock interviews.
• Payment Information: Processed securely through Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.
• Device Information: Browser type, operating system, and device identifiers for analytics purposes.

How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

• Provide and improve our case interview practice platform
• Process subscriptions and payments
• Deliver AI mock interview experiences
• Send service-related communications
• Analyze usage patterns to improve content and features

Email Communications

We send two types of emails:

• Service emails (transactional): account verification, security alerts, billing receipts, subscription updates, and responses to your support requests. These are necessary to operate your account and cannot be opted out of while your account is active.
• Marketing emails (optional): product updates, case interview tips, new features, and occasional offers. We send these only with your consent, and you can unsubscribe at any time via the link in each email or by contacting [email protected].

Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not affect the service emails required for your account.

• Your data is stored on Firebase (Google Cloud) infrastructure with industry-standard encryption.
• Authentication is handled through Firebase Authentication.
